AICOM supports FIC Trade Mission to China 2011

AICOM Solutions participated in another prestigious international Trade Mission event this year organized by Forrester International Consultants (FIC). The 2011 FIC-China International Sourced Services Matchmaking Conference was conducted in four major cities in China, namely Nanjing, Changsha, Shenyang, and Beijing. Top-level executives from US and Europe attended the 10-day event in May to discover the offshore and BPO capabilities of China. Some of the activities were to visit various technoparks, KPO/BPO hubs, and initialize one-on-one meetings with top service providers.

FIC partnered with AICOM to help with their telemarketing requirement during the initial phase of the campaign preparation. AICOM extended its support to FIC with Ms. Jam Arellano, AICOM's Director for Global Services to help manage the actual event in China.
