9. Are you offering a free trial?
Yes. We offer a two-day FREE Trial on our VA Services. First, you have to complete a FREE TRIAL FORM. Your Free Trial application will be processed within 24 hours. Then, we finalize the schedule and tasks that could be delivered on the said two-day trial. Once processed, AICOM will assign a VA who will work with you for eight (8) hours a day, for 2 days. Please note that this trial will cover tasks that are achievable in two days. This trial will generally show you our VA capabilities and quality of delivered tasks. Our website offers Live Chat Support as well wherein inquiries and requests can be answered instantly.
10. How much does a VA cost?
The basic rate is $6 per hour per VA.
11. Do you have VA Packages or Plans?

12. What do I need to do to get a VA?
The Basic VA Service Acquisition Process:
- After the FREE Trial (this is optional, client may directly purchase a VA Plan without getting the free trial), you may order your VA Plan via our website (Order VA Plan) – We can process payments via Google Checkout, Paypal and Wire Transfer;
- For Google Checkout and Paypal you may use any Credit Card, just simple follow the payment processing instructions;
- While Fund Transfer requires you to fill out a VA Order Form that will help us generate a Statement-of-Work Order (SWO). Once completed, AICOM will send you a SWO wherein you can find our bank details for the wire transfer. Once you received the SWO, please sign and send us the scanned signed SWO through email. Processing for Wire Transfers is within 48 hours. We will get in touch with you through email or phone verifying your payment.
- Once payment has been received and verified, AICOM will then provide a shortlist of VAs (with comprehensive CV) for your interview (this is also optional, client may allow AICOM to provide a matched VA without preliminary interviews);
- Once final VA has been selected, you are required to give initial briefing on the daily tasks, routines, deliverables, timeline and reporting.
13. How do I process my payment?
You may process payment through Google Checkout, Paypal, or via Wire Transfer .

* Wire Transfer Payment requires you to complete a VA Order Form. AICOM bank details can be found on the SWO.
14. Can I interview & select my VA?
Yes. We will provide you with a shorlist of VAs that will match your needs. Along with the list are the comprehensive resumes of the VAs.
15. How do I start passing tasks to my VA?
Once the VA Service Acquisition Process has been completed, you will spend a one-on-one briefing with your VA over telecon. You will discuss daily tasks, routines, deliverables, timeline and reporting. After which, you may start giving tasks to your VA through email.
16. How can I accurately track the time my Virtual Assistant spends on my project?
We fully understand the anxiety on how much actual time is being spent on the project when your VA is thousands of miles away. For this reason, all of our VAs are office-based and monitored intensely by a Program Manager. Our VAs work with a secure network and behind a firewall—your information is only accessible from our office. We also provide our clients with a detailed invoice of services rendered. VA is required to be available online following the agreed/required working hours – eight (8) hours a day for five (5) days following client’s timezone.
17. Who do I contact if I have problems with my VA?
You may direct all your concerns to the Program Manager. We highly recommend that you formally communicate the said issues through email.

18. Can I change the assigned VA to me?
Yes. You must complete a VA Change Request Form or email a formal request to change your VA at vapm@aicomsolutions.com.
Please allow 48 hours to process the said request. Once processed, the Program Manager will get in touch with you and introduce the new VA.
*There will be no further amendment on the Statement-of-Work Order (SWO) or VA Plan that you purchased whenever you decide to change your VA.
